Resolution No. 18-171
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
TO SIGN AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS FOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH,CARE SERVICES
CRISIS COUNSELING ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING PROGRAM GRANT

WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health (Department) entered into an agreement with the
State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) Grant
agreement for FY 2017-18 through 201.8-19, and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director, Butte
County Behavioral Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2017-18 through FY 2019-20.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director, Butte County
Behavioral Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for the CCP agreement 17-94648.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 11th of December, 2018, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk,Teeter, and Chair Connelly
