ORDINANCE NO. 1819
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1722 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Superv~.sors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section ~. that Section No. 29 of~Ordinance No. 1722
of the County of Butte entitled FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION 320-003
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions- Classification Title
3 Family Support Investigator
5 Typist Clerk I/II
and adding thereto the following:
~+ Family Support Investigator
6 Typist Clerk I/II
thereby changing the total from 1~4-1/2 to 16-1/2.
This ordinance shall take effect on May 28, 1977
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 19th day of April, 1977
by the following vote: .
