ORDINANCE N0. 182
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3.811
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1811 zoning a portion of the
County of Butte shall and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage shall be published once
with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
for and against the same in the Chico Enterprise Record
a
newspaper in general circulation in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PA55ED ANA ADOPTED this 26th day of April _ 1977,
by the Board of Supervisors by the following vote:
