AN ORDINANCE Af~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1722 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as fellows:
Section 1 that Section No. 42 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the Cnunty
of Butte entitled BUILDING INSPECTION is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
3 Building Inspector ITT
14 Building Inspector~,I, II
Land adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
4 Building Inspector III, II
13 Building Inspector I, II
This ordinance shall take effect on June li, 1977 which is beyond
30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte this lath day of May 1977 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lemke, Madigan, Moseley, Winston and Chairman Richtex
NOES: None

NOT VOTING: None
