ORDINANCE N0. 1828
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1722 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
(State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1722 of
the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Section 2 that No. 44 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the

This ordinance shall take effect on July 9, 19'77
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 31st day of Mays 1977
by the following vote:
