AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1722 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section ~ that Section No. 3{A) of Ordinance No. 1722 of
the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

~~Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, each day
a Justice Court Judge other than a judge whose salary
is controlled pursuant to Government Code Section 74102,
is sitting temporarily on assignment by the Judicial
Council in another Justice Court within this county,
said Justice Court Judge shall receive the regular
salary and the additional amount of $42.67, provided if the
assigned judge's home court is filled by assignment then in
that event payment shall be made pursuant to Government
Code Section 68540.7.

This ordinance shall take effect'.on August 20, 1977
