AN ORDINANCE ZONING A ~'ORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "RT-1'r (MINIMUM
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL - MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT,
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24=29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 2--29 of the Butte
3 County Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
6 hereby zoned as an "RT-1" (Minimum Density Residential -~ Mobile
7 Home) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions
8 and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and
9 provided.
10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 area of Butte County, Paradise, more particularly described as
12 follows:
13 The westerly 330 ft. of the southerly 2078
ft. of the east 1/2 of the SE 1/~ of See. ll,
14 T22N, R3E, MDB&M, excepting therefrom the
southerly 165 ft. of the westerly 99 ft., the
15 easterly 9Q ft. of the westerly 198 ft. of
the southerly 12~ ft., and the easterly 132
16 ft. of the southerly 330 ft. of the
previously described parcel.

Containing 42 acres, mare or less.
SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "RT-I" DISTRICT:
The following regulations shall apply in an "RT-1"
District .
(A } USES k'ERMSTTED
1. One single-family dwelling per parcel.
2. Mabile Home to house one family, which such
Mobile Home is the only housing facility located
on the premises, provided the following
conditions are conformed to:
(a) The floor area within the Mobile Home shall
not be less than 500 square feet.
3. Accessary buildings pertinent to the permitted
uses .

1 ~E. Household pets, but not including livestock,
2 poultry, or 'poisonous reptiles.
g (B) THE FOLLOWING USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PERMIT
¢ IN EACH CASE:
5 1. Golf courses and country clubs.
g 2. Public and quasi-public uses including churches,
7 firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds,
g schools and public utility .buildings.
9 3. Sales tract office.
lp (C} THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24-33 SHALL APPLY.
Il SECTION 3. All uses of land within-the district not
12 specifically authorized and permitted are prohibited.
13 SECTION ~. Tn compliance with the provisions of said
14 Butte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by
1~ adding this Ordinance in full.
lg SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the
17 zoning hereby imposed within the district sha11 be as provided in
18 the Butte County Code, Chapter 2~, this Ordinance shall from and
19 after its effective date became a supplement to and part of the
20 Butte County Code, Chapter 24.
21 SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
22 declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (30)
23 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
24 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
25 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
26 Supervisors voting for and against it in the edge Gazette
