The Boaxd of Supervisors of_ the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That §31-4 of the Chapter 31 of the Butte County
Code is hereby amended by adding to the end of said section the
following:
Indemnity bonds submitted in order to comply
with the provisions of this section shall be
maintaiz~.ed by the licensee during the entire
period that the license is in. force and shall
contain a provision that the band will not be
cancelled without 30 days' written notice to the
county health officer. Upon cancellation of said
bond, this license sha11 automatically terminate
provided that the former licensee shall thereafter
apply for a x~.ew license in full compliance with
all the provisions o.f this chapter if he desires
to secure a new license .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on list.
October:,- 1977, which is in excess of 30 days from the date
of adoption and before the expiration of 15 days shall be pub-
lished with the names of the membexs voting fox and against in
Oroyiile Mercury a newspaper in general
circulation published in the County of Butte, State of California.
