Outdoor advertising signs, new automobile sales and theaters. (g} THE FOLLOI~lING USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PERMIT IN EACH CASE: 1. Automobile Gourts and mobile home parks. 2. The tat width requirements for residential dwellings shall conform to the requirements for any residential zone. 2. Side yard requirements: None, except when the side of a lot abuts upon the side of a l of i n an "R" District, i n which case the abutting side yard shall not be less than five {5} feet; and except where the side yard an the street side of a corner lot abuts on an "R" District, in which case the side yard on the street side shall be one-half the front yard required in such "R" Districts. The side yard requirements far residential dwellings shall conform to the requirements for any residential zone. 3. Rear yard requirements: Twelve {12} feet, ar five {5} feet ad,~acent to an alley. SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not (specifically authorized and permitted are prohibited. SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said Butte County Cade, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in full. SECTION 5. SECTION 5. This Ordinance steall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15y days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be ~Ipublished once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
