The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

of California DO ORDAIN, A5 FOLLOWS:

Section 1 that Section No. 3{C} of Ordinance No. 1722 of

the County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR APPOINTED DEPARTMENT

HEADS is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 19 A of Ordinance No. 1722

18 This ordinance shall take effect on November 12, 1977,
