AN ORDINANCE DELETING AN AREA FROM A "P-Q"
(PUBLIC - QUASI-PUBLIC} ZONING DISTRICT CREATED
BY ORDINANCE N0. 1492
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of the Butte
3 County Code and declaring that the hereinafter described area
4 was mistakenly included in the portion of the County of Butte
5 zoned to "P-Q" (Public - Quasi-Public) by Ordinance No. 1492,
6 DO ORDAIN as follows:
7 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area shall be
8 and it is hereby deleted from the "P-Q" {Public - Quasi-Public)
9 zoning district.
~0 Said area so deleted being located north of Magalia,
1]. more particularly described as follows
12 The Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Southeast quarter of Northwest quarter and
13 Lot 6 of Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 4
East, MoD.B. & M. being U. S. Patents No.
14 04-69-0177 and 04-70-0180, Containing 5 acres, more or lE
I5 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
16 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
17 {~j0} days after the date of its passagb, and before the
18 expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, this Ordinance
19 shah. be published once with the names of the members of the
20 Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico
21 ~„~. ,- ; , a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
22 State of California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
24 County of Butte, State of California, an the lst day of
'25 November, 1977, by the following vote:
