PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

.The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
Thereby zoned as an 'TAR-MH'T {Agricultural Residential - Mo1~1e Home }
D~.strict, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
(restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and providdd.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Oroville, m~rre particularly described as
~ f ollows : .
The westerly 62x67 ft. of the E 1J2 of Lot 6
of Block 20 of 'T~Tilla Verona'T Sub per Wall Map
No. l2 on ~~.le ~,n the office of the Butte County
Recorder.
Containing Oo95 acres, more or less, Oroville.
SECTION 2. REGUL~I.TIONS FOR AN T'AR-MHT' DISTRICT
The following regulations shall apply in an t1AR-MHT'
District:
(A} Uses Permitted:
1. One single-family dwelling per parcels
2. Mobile home--to house one family', when such
mobile home is the only housing facility located on the
premises, provided the following conditions are conform
to:
a, The gross area of the mobile home shall not
be less .than X00 square feet;

3. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted
uses.
4. ,A.gricultural uses, except livestock, subject
to requirements, as follows :
In addition to the minimum square footage required
to be devoted to residential use the following minimum
lot cr parcel areas shall be required for each animal
raised or kept on the premises:
a. For each horse or head of cattle over one
(1} year of age--eight thousand one hundred
twenty-five (8,125} square feet,
b. For each head of swine over ten (10) weeks
of age--eight thousand one hundred twenty-five
(8,125) square feet;
c. For each head of sheep or goats--two thousa
(2,000) square feeto
(B) The following uses subject to securing a use permit
in each case:
1. Duplex dwellings and multiple--family dwellings.
2. Golf courses, country clubs, if permitted,
would permit accessory uses such as driving range, pro
shop, cocktail bar, restaurant..
3. Public and quasi-public uses including churches
firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools
and public utility districts.

4. Commercial poultry farming and livestock far?
5. Veterinary clinics, outpatient.
6. Nurseries and plant gardens.
7. Sales tract office.
(C) The provisions of Section 24--33 shall apply.
SECTION 3o All uses of land within the district not
specifically authorized and permitted are prohibited.
SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said
',Butte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by
Madding this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the
zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in
the Butte County Gode, Chapter 24, this Ordinance shall from and
after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the
Butte County Code, Chapter 24.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury
Register, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 22nd day of November,
1877, by the following vote:
