The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section L that Section No. 3(A) of Ordinance Na. 1722 of the Caunty
of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES is hereby amended by
adding thereto the fallowing:

25.5 3534 Transportation Planner
Section 2 that Section No. 3{B} of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

$1,155 - $1,405/mo 2569 Court Reporter
and adding thereto the following:

Section 3 that Section No. 52 A of Ordinance No. 1722 of the Caunty of
Butte entitled TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS 530-016 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from L to 2.

This ordinance sha11 take effect an February 4, 1978, which is beyond
3O days after the dale of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of rvisors of the County of
Butte this 3rd day of J'anuar , 1978 b the following vote:
