The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3(A) of Ordinance No. 7.722 of the County
of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

Butte entitled PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT 600-002 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the fo~:lowing:

This ordinance shall take effect on April 1, 1978, which is beyond
30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
(l5) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
