NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "General Unit" by deleting thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
9 of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "470 -Clerk -Recorder" by deleting therefrom the following:

And adding:

Thereby leaving total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
23 of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "757 -Public Works — Neal Road Management" by adding thereto
the following:

1.0 4342 Manager, Landfill Operations
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
24 of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "533-PublicWorks —Road Fund" by adding thereto the following:

2.0 4416/4418 Road Maintenance Worker/Road Maintenance Assistant (term to end 3/31/20,21)
1.0 1013 Manager, Program Development (term to end 3/31/2021)
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1
