Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), to allow the Probation Department to provide services for the Male
Community Reentry Program (MCRP); and
WHEREAS, the maximum, amount ofthe agreement b$6,77I.9OU.0O and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be December 9, 2015 through June 30, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Chairperson of said Board be and hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said contract onbehalf ofthe Butte County Probation Department entered into between the County ofButte and
the California Department ofCorrections and Rehabilitation;
The fo,regoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Butte County Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED 6xthe Butte County Board ofSupervisors this 9mday ofApril, 2819,bvthe following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero^Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
