The Board of Supervisors of the Count of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of the Butte
County Code and declaring that the hereinafter described ,area
was mistakenly included in the portion of the County of Butte
zoned to "TP-160" (Timber Land Preserve) by Ordinance No. 1896,
I DO OR.7JAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area shall be and
it is hereby deleted from the "TP-160" (Timber Land Preserve}
zoning district.
Said area so deleted being located north of Magalia,
more particularly described as follows:
The W 1/2, the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4, the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4, and the Nfrr 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Sec. 27, T20N, R6E, MDB&M, containing 480 acres,
mare or less.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
k declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
{30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercvsy
Register, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
Calif ornia.

County of Butte, State of -Calif arnia, on the 28th day of February,
1978, by the following vote:
