HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-050RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highway Code provides that in May of each year County shall submit to
the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained County
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2018 certified to the State Controller that the
total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,289.153 miles; and

WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained County roads is 1290.442 miles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County roads increased to 1290.442
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this Stn day of April, 2019, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
