HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-057RESOLUTION PARTIALLY REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 17-192 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 17-192 on November 14, 2017 which approvedan, epp|ication&srfundin8andtheeoecutiunufa8rontagneementandanyammenUmentstheretofnomthe2O17fund|ng year of the state Community Development Block Grant Program; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 17-192 approved up to $60.000 of Program Income to be expended on a Supplemental Activity of Public facilities — Removal of Architectural Barriers; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 17'182also designated the interim Chief Administrative Officer, ordesignee, tosign the application and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to the application, enter into and sign the grant agreement and any subsequent amendments with the State ofCalifornia for the purposes Vfthe grant, and tVsign Funds Requests and other required reporting forms; and WHEREAS, since the adoption of Resolution No. 17-1B2,the County has submitted the application and entered into the agreement with the State of California; and WHEREAS, s,ince the adoption of Resolution No. 17-192, the position of Interim Chief Administrative Officer has changed to Chief Administrative Officer; and WHEREAS, since the adoption of Resolution No. 17-192, the County has received additional Program Income Funds. WQVV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby partially repeals Reoa|mLkrn No. 17-192 to increase approval of Program Income to be, expended on the Supplemental Activity of Public Facilities — Removal mfArchitectural Barriers toup1o$142,10O;and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby partially repeals Resolution No. 17-192 to designate the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to sign, any subsequent amendments with the State ofCalifornia for the purposes of the grant, and to sign Funds Requests and other required reporting forms. All nemaimingterms and conditions mfResolution No. 17-1g2shall continue toremain infull force and effect.
