HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-065M •.I w w� • WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive State and Federal -Aid funding for certain transportation projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and WHEREAS, on May 91, 2017, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte approved and authorized execution of Master Agreement, Administering Agency - State Agreement for State and Federal -Aid Projects No. 03-59121115; and WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California for the 2017.Ciro-Quincy Highway Storm Damage Repair Project, Project No. ER -32L0(510), under said Master Agreement, Administering Agency — State Agreement for Federal -Aid Projects No. 03-5912F15 requires execution of Program Supplement Agreement No. F063 to said Master Agreement; and WHEREAS, Caltrans requires Board of Supervisors approval) for signature of Program Supplement. Agreements for each individual project. vote: NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that: 1. The Director of Public Works or his authorized designee are hereby authorized to execute The Program Supplement Agreement No. F063 and all future Program Supplemental Agreements for Project. No ER- 32L0(510); and The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte shall be authorized to provide certified copies of the Resolution for attachment to Program Supplement Agreement No, F063 to the above Master Agreement and future Program Supplemental Agreements for Project No. ER -32L0(510).
