The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3(B} of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
Butte entitled FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Flat Amount Class Code Class Title
$2.50/hr 9111 Unskilled Worker
$2.30/hr 9211 Student Aide
and adding thereto the following:
$2.b5/hr 913.1 Unskilled Worker
$2,65/hr 9211 Student Aide
Section 2 that Section No. 8 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County of
Butte entitled AUDITOR--CONTROLLER 050-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:
5 Accountant Z/II
1 Accountant I/II or Administrative Assistant
Section 3 that Section No. 59 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County of
Butte entitled WELFARE 570-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the

This ordinance shall take effect on April 29, 1978, which is beyond
30 days after the .date.of.its adoption,., and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage, it sha7.l be published in a newspaper published
in th,e County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Beard of Supervisors of the County of Butte
this 21st day of March , 1978, by the following vote:
