AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1722 OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
2 DO ORDAIN, as follows:
3 Section 1 that Section No. 3(A) of Ordinance No. 3.722 of the County
4 of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES is hereby amended by
5 deleting therefrom the following:

Section 5 that Section No. 35 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled CHTCO MARSHAL 352-001 is hereby deleted in its entirety.
TYlis ordinance shall take effect on January 2, 1979, which is beyond
3O days after the date of its adoption and before the expiration of fifteen
X15). days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
