NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 12 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -Development Services" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.01 3309/3308 Building Inspector, Senior/Building Inspector (term to end 12/31/2019)
1.01 3307 Supervisor, Building Inspector
Thereby increasing total allocations by 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference B of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional Officers' Association —
Supervisory Unit (BCCOA-Sup)"' by adding there to the following:
Class Code Classification
6820 Correctional Captain
Rang Bi -Weekly Step_1 Bi -Weekly Step 7

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 23 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "757 PUBLIC WORKS -Neal Road Management" by adding there to the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 4345 Landfill Equipment Operator (term, to end 6/25/2021),
Thereby increasing total allocations by 2,
