ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT ACROSS LITTLE CHICO CREEK, STATE BRIDGE NO. 12C-02,42, FEDERAL BRIDGE
REPLACEMENT PROJECT B,RLS-5912(103)
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors have entered into a project agreement with Caltrans and the
Federal Highway Administration to participate in the Highway Bridge Program (HBP) for the construction of the Ord Ferry
Road Bridge across Little Chico Creek; and
WHEREAS, the project agreement requires that the County of Butte acquire all righand easements
necessary to construct the project; and
WHEREAS, the County ofButte miust complete all and easement ocqmidt|ons necessary to deliver
right-of-wa:y certification to Calltrans,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the Director of
Public Works is to negotiate and sign agreements for Acquisition of Real Property for Road Purposes, Agreements for
Temporary Construction, Easements, and Permit to Enter and Construct Improvements for Owners Benefit for the {}rd
Ferry Road Bridge across Little Chico Creek, State Bridge No. 12C-0242, Federal Bridge Replacement Project BRLS'
