"WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the 'Butte County Board
of Supervisors to amend the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF)
Partnerships for Success (PFS) project agreement for FY 2017-18 through FY 2019-20; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Interim Director,
Butte County Behavioral Health to sign the SPF PFS amendments for FY 2017-18 through FY 2019-20;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes Behavioral
Health to amend the SPF PFS agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a multi-year total of
$1,050,000, and to accept above described provisions of this agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23 d day of July, 2019, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Ritter, Teeter, alnd Chair Lambert
NOES:
