NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference C of Ordinance No. 4.149 of the County of Butte entitled "General Unit"' by adding there to the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 25 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "360 Sheriff -Coroner"' by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 6820 Correctional Captain
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23" day of July, 2019, by the following vote:
