HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-228WHEREAS, by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the agreement with
the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2019. This agreement provides Fire
Protection during the State fiscal year 2019-2020; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13 th day of August, 2019, by the following
vote.
