NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "541 -Behavioral Health" by deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4125 Psychiatrist
1.0 4061/4058 Medical Records Technician, Senior/Medical Records Technician
And adding:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4143/4144 Behavioral Health Counselor II/Behavioral Health Counselor I
Thereby decreasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 20 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "020 -County Administration" by deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 1010 Manager, Economic & Community Development
Thereby decreasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 13 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "320 -District Attorney" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 7004/70,05/7006/7007 Deputy District Attorney IV/Deputy District Attorney Ill/ Deputy District Attorney I]/
Deputy District Attorney I (term to end 6/30/2021)
1.0 7024 Paralegal (term to end 6/30/2021)
1'0 7016/70,17 Investigator Il/Investigator I (term to end 6/30/2021)
Thereby increasing total allocations by 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 14 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "570 -Employment and Social Services" by deleting there from the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 5341 Supervisor, Employment & Eligibility
And adding:
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 5373/5375 Deputy Public Guardian/Public Administrator, Senior/Deputy Public Guardian/Public
Administrator
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 21 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "021 -General Services" by deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4608 Project Manager, Capital Improvement
And adding:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4605 Facilities Project Specialist
Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 21 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "540 -Public Health" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 1025/1026/1028 Administrative
Associate
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.
Analyst, Senior/Administrative Analyst/Administrative Analyst,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 24 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "533 -Public Works -Road Fund" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4510 Vehicle Service Worker
1.0 13,44 Information Systems Technician
Thereby increasing total allocations by 2.
