NO,W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "541 -Behavioral Health" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4034 Certified Nurse Practitioner
Thereby increasing total allocations by one.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 101" day of September, 2019, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert
