Development mmJuly 1O 2O18^toprovide housing rehabilitation loans under funding from the Community Development
Block Grant Program per contract number 17'CDBG-12O12;and
WHEREAS, per Community Development Block Grant Program Requirements, jurisdictions providing Housing
Rehabilitation loans must have Guidelines approved by the governing board; and
WHEREAS, the Guidelines for the Housing Rehabilitation, Program establish the policies and procedures for the
administration of the program, funded under the State Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte has worked with State Department of Housing and Community Development to
prepare a Disaster Addendum to the Housing Rehabilitation Program Guidelines
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby adopts Exhibit A, attached,

includes the Disaster Addendum.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this lDm day of September, 2019, by the
