Reference C of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "General Unit" by deleting there from the following:

Range Bi -Weekly Step 1 Bi -Weekly Step 7
39 $1673.60 $2243.20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the, Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference D of Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "Social Services Workers' Unit" by adding there to the
following:
Class Code Classification
5355 Housing Navigator
Range Bi -Weekly Step 1 Bi -Weekly Step 7
39 $1673-60, $2243,20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 20 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "430 -Probation" by adding there to the following:

1,0 5501 Assistant Chief Probation Officer
And deleting
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 5505 Chief Deputy, Probation Officer
Thereby decreasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 24 of
Ordinance No. 4149 of the County of Butte entitled "533 -Public Works -Road Fund" by adding there to the following:

And deleting

1.0 1013 Manager, Program Development (term to end 3/3,1/2021)
1.0 1053 Supervisor, Support Services

Thereby decreasing total allocations by 2.
