HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-2590 V111-11154111111 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte had determined that for the, efficient operation of the Treasurer and Tax Collector's office, the Revolving Fund was necessary; and WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 29320 et sec. provides for the establishment of such revolving funds in amounts to be determined by the Board of Supervisors; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has previously established by Resolution #06-166 the Central Collections Revolving Fund in the total amount of $2,000; and WHEREAS, an analysis of the Revolving Fund by the Butte County Auditor's Office has determined that improved efficiencies in transacting expenses have eliminated the need for Central Collections Revolving Fund; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that this Revolving Fund be closed and the balance transferred to the Butte County General Fund. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 241h day of September, 2019 by the Butte County Board of Supervisors by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Lucero, Ritter, Teeter, and Chair Lambert NOES: U`1121111*71 Shari McCracken, Chief Administrative Officer and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors Is Steve Lambert, it Butte County B and of Supervisors
