ORDINANCE NO. 1930
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "R-MH" (RESIDENTIAL
MOBILE HOME} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
,hereby zoned as an "R-MH" (Res~.dential-Mobile Home} District, and
such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations hereinafter specified and provided.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Paradise, more particularly described as
I follows
District
All of "Sierra Del Oro Estates" per Map of
Record in Map Book 30 on Pages 47, 4S and
49 of the Butte County Recorder.
All of "Sierra Del Oro Estates" No. 2 per
Map of Record in Map Book 34 on Pages 27,
28 and 29 of the Butte County Recorder.
All of "Sierra Del Oro Unit No. 3." per Map
of Record in Map Book 35 on Pages 27, 28 and 29 of the
Butte County Recorder.
All of "Sierra Del Oro Unit No . 4°° per Map of
Record in Map Book 35 on Pages 48, ~9 and 50
of the Butte County Recorder.
Containing 130 acres, more or less, north of Paradise.
SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "R-MH" DISTRICT
The following regulations shall apply in an t'R--MH"
(A) USES PERMITTED:
1. One single-family mobile home.
1 2. The f laar area within the mobile home shall not
2 be less than five hundred C500) square feet.
3 3. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted
4 uses.
5 4. Household pets, but not including livestock,
g poultry or poisonous miles.
q (B) THE FOLLOWING USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PER1iIT
8 IN EACH CASE:
g 1. Golf Courses and country clubs.
lp 2. Public and quasi-public uses including churches,
11 firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools
12 and public utility buildings.
13 3. Sales tract office.
14 (C} THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 24-33 SHALZ APPLY.
15 SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not
16 specifically authorized and permitted are prohibited.
17 SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said
18 Butte County Cade, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by
19 adding this Ordinance in full.
20 SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the
21 zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in
22 the Butte County Code, Chapter 24, this Ordinance shall from and
23 after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the
24 Butte County Code, Chapter 24.
25 SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
26 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30}

.days after the date of its passage, this ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post;
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California on the 5th day of June, 8,
by the following vote:
AYES Supervisors Lemke, digan, Moseley, chter and Chairm Winston
NOES None
