¢ SECTION 1. The hereinafter described aria situated. i~.

6 hereby zoned as a "TAI-~10" (Timber ~launtain) District, and such
7 area sha11 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
8 and regulations hereinafter specified and provided.

SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FORA "TA:-10" DISTRICT:

4. Keeping, raising and pasturing of cattle, horses,

SECTION 5. The penal-ties for the violation o:~ the
zoning hereby 2mposecl ts~ithin .t:`~e cl.istrict s1~a11 be .as prouided in. .
the Butte County Code, Chaptex Z4-, this Ordinance sha11 fram and
after its effective date hecor~e a supplement to and hart of the
Butte County Code, Chapter 24.
SECTION b . This Ordinance shall be and it is l~ereby
declared to be in fu 11 force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, tl~is Oxdinance shall be
published once i~rith t~~e names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors Voting for and agaanst ~t ~n the Chico ~nterpr~.se - --
