AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "FR--~" (FOOTHILL
RECREATIONAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
3 County Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows;
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
6 hereby zoned as an "FR-5" {Foothill Recreational--5 acre parcel}
7 District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
8 restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, northeast of Chico, mare particularly
11 described as follows:
12 All that portion of Sections 2 and 3 of T21N
R2E, MDB&M located north of the top of the
~3 bluff of Butte Creek Canyon.
14 That portion of Sections 4 and 5 of T21N, R2E,
MDB&M located north and east of Skyway, except-
l~ ing therefrom that portion of Section 5 located
north of Butte Creek and south of Edgar Slough,
16 and also excepting therefrom that portion of Sec-
tion 4 located south of the top of the Bluff
].'7 line of Butte Creek Canyon and east of Lot 1 of
that parcel map of record recorded in Map Book
18 52 on Page 3O of the Butte County Recorder.
