The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,

Section~l that Section No. 3(C) of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR APPOINTED dEPARTMENT HEADS is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the fall awing:

22.5 0178 Executive director - Special Programs
Section 2 that Section No. 19(A} of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled SPECIAL GRANTS 221-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Class Title.
1 Executive Director - Special Programs
thereby changing the total from 2 to 1.
This ordinance shall take effect on September l6, 1978, which is
beyond thirty {30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
this 15th day. of August 1978, by the following.-vote:....
