REGULATTONS FOR AN "R-N" DISTRICT The following regulations shall apply in a "R-N" District. {A) USES PERMITTED 1. One single-family dwelling per parcel, not including tents, trailers or mobile homes. 2. Accessary buildings Pert anent to the permitted uses. 3, Household pets [Eut not including livestoclc, poultry or poisonous reptiles). {B) USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PERi~4TT TN EAC~i CASE 1. buplex dwellings and multiple family dwellings. 2, Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools and public utility buildings. (G) Off Street Parking: The provisions of Section 24-35 notwithstandin g, one off-street parking space shall be required. per dwelling unit. This requirement is waived where existing off-street parking space is absorbed by expansion of an existing dwelling as part of an approved rehabilitation project of the County's housing and community 17evelopment program. SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not specifically authorized and permitted are prohibited. SEGTION 4. In compliance faith the provisions of_ said Butte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in full. SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in -3 - 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 2B the Butte County Code, Chaptex 24, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date become a.suppl.ement to anal .part of .the Butte County Code, Chapter 2A~. SECTION 6. This Ordinance sha.~.l he and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30} days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be publ~.shed once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting fox and against i.t in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
