HomeMy WebLinkAbout1-9-61 - 1;. ~~`~`' RESOLt3TI0N OF AWARD OF CONTRACT ~!~ HILL-n-DALE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 19~~ ppC~ Co ~AR~ttETT'; JAM~~ ~VED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County of C1.EBK OF 7N8 BOARD O4 ~ VT'I..~ g,r__.----~-Bti~~e; ~S~'~te of California, having in open session on December 1 , 1960, opened, examined and pablicly declared all sealed proposals "or bids offered for doing the street work hereinafter mentioned; HEREBY rejects all of the said Bids, except that Next herein- after mentioned, and hereby Awards the Contract to the lowest, reg- ular, responsible bidder, to-wit: iTO; A. T]EICHERT & SON TN at the prices ':}specified in their proposal for doing said street work now on file. The work herein referred to is the improvement of: Clinton Avenue, Arnold Avenus, Espee Avenue and Midway Avenue within the subdivision Hill-n-Dale, !'~ as shown on the official map or plat £hereof, re- ~, corded in the office of the County Recorder, County '' of Butte, State of California, on November ~, 194$, j in map book.l7, at pages 3-4, be improved by con- struct~ng thereon, concrete curbs, gutters, paving with 6" untreated gravel base together with penetra- tion treatment, and double seal coats and storm drainage facilities. That the West nine (9) feet more or less of Palermo Road from the easterly pro- jection of the north line of Lot 7 of said sub- ~; division to a point 332.©5 feet southeasterly there- ;;;, from be improved by constructing thereon paving with '' 6" untreated concrete gravel base together with gene- '~ tration treatment and double seal coats together with concrete curbs and gutters along the easterly line of Lots 7 and 12, of said subdivision. That a LO foot easement along the north line of Lots.l through 7 and Lot 26, of said subdivision be improved by constructing thereon drainage facilities.
