IS HEREBY GIVEN that a contract has been awarded by the Board
'of Supervisors of the County of Butte to:
A. TEICHERT & SON, INC. for the con~-

?struction of:
Concrete curbs, gutters, paving with 6" untreated
gravel base together with penetration treatment, and
double seal coats, and storm drainage facilities on
Clinton Avenue, Arnold Avenue, Espee Avenue, and Midway

Avenue within the subdivision Hill-n-Dale, as shown on
the official map or p1.at thereof, recorded in the office
of the County Recorder, County of Butte, State of California,
on November $, 19~.$, in map book #17, at pages 3-4, and the
West nine {9) feet more or lass of Palermo Road from the
easterly projection of the north line of Lot 7 of said
subdivision to a point 332.05 feet southeasterly there-
from be improved by constructing thereon paving with 6"
untreated concrete gravel base together with penetration
treatment and double seal coats together with concrete
curbs and gutters along the easterly line of Lots 7 and
12, of said subdivision. That a 10 foot easement along
the north line of Lots 1 through 7 and Lot 2b, of said
subdivision be improved by constructing thereon drainage
facilities. That all necessary appurtenances for the
above described improvements be constructed and that all
refuse and surplus materials be removed and disposed of,

in Hi11-n-Dale Assessment District in the County of Butte, State of
California, and relating to the following described real property:
All the real property within the exterior
boundaries of Hill-n-Dale Assessment District,
in the County of Butte, California, that is
shown on the map of said district now on file
in my office, which map was approved and adopted
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on October 31, 1960,
excepting the area of all public streets and roads
shown on said map.
The undersigned hereby refers all persons to said
map for the location of and the area of said district and hereby
incorporates said map herein by this reference to it.
This shall constitute notice that all property within the
boundaries of the proposed assessment district shall be assessed
at the time of the confirmation of the assessment under Chapter 16
(commencing at Section 5360) of Part 3 of Division 7 of the Streets

'and Highways Code of the State of California, to pay the costs
of the improvements above described in proportion to the benefits
which said property receives from said improvements, notwith-
standing the acquisition of any such property by the state of
;any of its agencies or by any county, city, municipality, or
other public or municipal corporation.
Reference is made to Resolution of Intention, Hill-n-Dale
Assessment District, passed by the Board of Supervisors of the
'County of Butte, State of California, on October 31, 1960, for
