RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO
THE CONDUCT OF THE 1961
BUTTE COUNTY FAIR
GRIDLEY, CALIFORNIA

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has
contracted with the Board of Directors of the Butte County Fair
Association for the conduct of the 1961 fair;
AND, WHEREAS, the directors of the fair have submitted a state-
went reflecting the financial condition of the Butte County Fair
Fund as of December 31, 1960;
NOW, THEREFOR, be it nesolved that the balance remaining in
the Butte County Fair Fund be returned to the fair for the conduct
of 1961 fair operations.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor P e
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supe rvisor Pittman ,and said
resolution was passed this 9th , day ofJanuary , 1861, on roll
tail by the following vote:
AYESP Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
