Section 1':' Section 31-4 of 'the B~itte County Code is ~~ hereby amended to read as follows: §31-4 Documents to accompany application. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: A policy of public liability and property damage insurance, or insurance certificate thereof, issued by a company duly and legall licensed to transact business in the State of California, covering personal injuries, including wrongful death, and claims for pro- perty damage that arise from the operation under the license. Said insurance policy shall be issued at the expense of the applicant and maintained by him during the entire period that the license is in force and shall contain a provision that the policy will not be .canceled without thirty (30) days' prior written notice by the .insurance company to the caunty health officer. Said insurance policy shall be in the form approved by the county counsel and shall name the applicant and the county, and the officers, employees and agents of the applicant and the county, as alsa insureds. The minimum limits on said insurance shall be not less thazz one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for injuries, including wrongful death, to any one person, and in an amount of not less than three huzzdred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) for any one accident, az~.d property damage in an amount not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00}, or a combined single limit policy in an amount not less than four hum.dred thousand .j 1 dollars ($400,000.00). The applicant shall also submit an irzdem- 2 pity bond or some other security device acceptable to the county -..~. 3 in the amount of two thou.sarid dollars ($2, 000.00) , which bond ar 4 security device shall be far the benefit of the public to assure ~ compliance with thz.s chapter as well as failure to provide ser- g vices that have been collected for. Indemnity bonds submitted in 7 order to comply with the provisions of this section shall be main- g tamed by the licensee during the entire period that the license 9 is in force and shall contain a provision that the bond will not 10 be canceled without thirty (30) days` written notice to the county 11 health officer. Upon canceliatian of said bond, the license sha11 12 automatically terminate provided that the former licensee shall 13 thereafter apply for a new license in full compliance with all the 14 provisions of this chapter if he desires to secure a new license. 15 Section 2.
