SECTI0~1 I. The hereinafter described area situated in the
County of Butte, State o:~ California, shall be and it is hereby
(zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial) District, and such area shall
be sul3ject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations

Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of

Butte County Cade, Chapter ~~~, the same is hereby amended by
adding this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the
'zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in
the Butte County Cade, Chapter 24, tliis Ordinance shall from and
~'~~after its effective date become a supplement to and part of tl~.e
'Butte County Code, Chapter 24.
SECTION 6. Tllis Ordinance shalt be and it is hereby
declared to be i,l full force and effect :from and after thirty [30)
days aftor the date of its passage, and 1?~efare the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage , this Ordinance shall -be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against, it in the Chico En.tex?~rise
>~ecord, a newspaper 'published in tl~,e County of Butte, State of
California..
