The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,

Section 1 that Section No. 3(A~ of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the fallowing:

Butte entitled AIR POLLi1TI0N.CONTROL DISTRICT. 97.9.-OOl is hereby amended_by
deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect on November il, 1978, which is beyond
30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
x.15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
