The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
OO ORDAIN., as follows:

Section 1 that Section Na. 4 6f Ordinance No: 1919 of the County of Butte
is hereby amended by deleting the entire section and adding thereto the
following:
Sectian:4 that Section No. 32 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled SHERIFF~CORONBR - INCARGERATION 350-003 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Bailiff
and add.ing~thereta the following:

changing the total from 15 to 16.
Section 2 that Section No. 5 of Ordinance No. 1919 be amended 6y

changing the effective date from January 2, 1979 to January 8, 1979.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its
adoption and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after=: its passage, it
shall be pitbli5hed in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
