The hereinafter described area situated in ~ the County of Butte, State of Calif vrnia, shall be and it is g hereby zoned as a "TM-1Q" (Timber Mountain - 10 acre parcel) Dis- 7 trio, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and g restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. g Said area so zoned being located in the unl.ncorporated lp area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as: 11 All of Lot 9 of Section 17 T23N, R3E, MDB~M. Containing 42.31 acres, more or less, north of Chico. 12 13 SECTION Z. REGULATIONS FOR A "TM-l0" DISTRIGT: 14 The following regulations shall apply in a "TM-10" 15 District. 16 ~ (A) USES PERMITTED. 17 1. One single-family dwelling per parcel, including 18 mobile home. 19 2. Management, raising, harvesting and removal of trees, 20 shrubs, seedlings, flowers, herbs and all food crops 21 for human or animal consumption. 22 3. Keeping and raising small animals for domestic use, 23 including dogs, cats and household pets, poultry and 24 other birds, bees, fish and frogs, 2g 4. Prospecting, claiming, drilling, mining, excavating and dredging of mineral, hydrocarbon and geothermal resources, except as limited in Section {B) below. 6. Protection of land and forests from fire, erosion, floods, slides, quakes, insects, diseases and pollution, including arboretums and natural wilder- ness, experimental and study areas. 7. Display and sale of products of agricultural uses and home arts and crafts produced on the premises. 8. Accessory uses, improvements and structures customary and pertinent to permitted uses, except as limited in Section (B) below, including guest houses, barns, sheds, shops, garages and storage areas. (B) THE FOLI~OWTNG USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PER~~iIT TN EACH CASE. 1. Residential uses othex than one single-family dwelling per parcel or one single family dwelling per ten (10) acres for "Thy-10", including labor camps, commercial guest lodging, group quarters or dwelling units at greater densities. 2. (F).SIDE YARD REQUIRED. Minimum required side building setback shall be not less than ten (lfl) feet far "TM~-IO". (G} REAR YARD REQUIRED Minimum required rear building setback sha7~1 be not less than ten (l0) feet for "TA'f-l0". SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not specifically authorized and permitted axe prohibited. SECTION 4, In compliance with the provisions of said Butte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in full. SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed Within the distxict shall be as provided in the Butte County Cade, Chapter 24, this Ordinance sha11 from and aftex its effective date became a supplement to and part of the- Butte County Cade, Chapter 2~. SECTION 6.
