The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
D0 ORDAIN, as, Follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3(8) of Ordinance No, 1722 of the County of
Butte entitled FOR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Flat Amount Class Code Class Title
$2.75/hr. 9313 Project Worker III
and adding thereto the following:
$2.90/hr. 9313 Project Worker IiI
This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1979, which is beyond !,
30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15}, days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
this 28th day of November 1978, by-the fal-lowing vote:
