AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, AN "R-4" (MAXIMUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL RE
STRICTER SERVICE) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California; under and pursuant to .Chapter _24-29 .of,. the .Butte .C.ounty
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 ~~ SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in they
5 County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as an "R-.4" (Maximum Density Residential - Restricted Service)
7 District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
$ restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as

12 All of Lot 5 of Block 5 of "Villa Verona" Sub per
waJ_1 map of record Number 12 of the Butte County
~3 Recorder and that portion of Lots 6 and '~ aF Block 5
of said "Villa Verona" Sub located east of the center-
3,4 line of Farley Street and south and east of "Oakdale
Heights, Unit No. 3" per map of record in Map Book 22
15 an Pages 3~ and 36 of the Butte County Recorder, and
all of Lot 8 of Block 7 of said "Villa Verona" Sub_

The Following regulations shall apply in a "R-4" Districto

~9 7.. One family dwellings, two-family dwellings and multi
20 family dwellings, not including tents, tra~.lers or

22 2. Professional and business offices {including b.ut not
23 .limited to doctors, lawyers and accountants), rest
2¢ homes', convalescent homes or homes for the aged and

26 3. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses.
