4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the
5 ounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 aped as an "A-20" (Agricultural - 20 acre parcels) District, and
7 uch area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses

22 SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "A-20" DISTRICT:

The following regulations ~sha11 apply in a "A- 20

(D) SIDE AND REAR YARD REQUIRED .
Minimum side and rear yard shall not be less than
twenty-five (25) feet.
SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not
specifically authorized and permitted axe prohibited.
SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said
Butte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by
adding this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the
zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in
the Butte County Cade, Chapter 2~, this Ordinance shall from and.
after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the
Butte County Code, Chapter 24.
SECTION G . This Ordinance shall. be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (34)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its -passage, this Ordinance sha11 be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for ,and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
