X993 AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF TKE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "SR-1" {SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29. 1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of 2 Cali.~ornia, under,,and pursuant to Chapter.24-29 of the Bu.t.te..Coun.ty 3 ode of said County DO ORDAIN as follows. 4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the 5 ounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby g zoned as a "SR-1" (Suburban Residential) District, and such area 7 shall be subject to the restra.ctions and restricted uses and regula- g t~.ons hereinafter speca.fied and provided. 9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated Zp area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows: IT Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 of "Cusick Tract" per map of retard in Map Book 1 on page 48 of the Butte County ~2 Recorder. 1.3 Containing 65 acres, more or less. Z4 SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "SR-1" DISTRICT ~~ The following regulations shall apply in a "SR-1'! District 16 {A) USES PERMITTED: ~7 1. One single-fama..ly dwelling per parcel, not including lg tents, trailers or mobile homes. ~,g 2. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses. 2p 3. The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall not be less than one acre, the pravisa,ons of Section 24--33 notwithstanding . 5. The minimum lot width shall not be less than one hundred thirty (130) feet, the provisions of Section 24-33 notwithstanding. (B) THE FOLLOWING USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PERMIT IN EACH CASE: 1. Golf courses and country clubs. 2. Public and quasi--public uses inc~.uding churches, Firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools and public utility buildings. 3. Sales tract office. {C) SECTION 24-33 SHALL APPLY EXCEPTING LOT WIDTH AND LOT AREA. SECTION 3, All uses of land within the district not ecii'acally authorized and perma~tted are prohibited. SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said tte County Code, Chapter 24, the same as hereby amended by adding 22 phis Ordinance in full. 23 SECTION 5.
