The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDALN, as fo.l..lows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3{A} of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect on February 17, 1979, which is beyond
3O days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15} days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte
this l6th day of 3an~xary, 1979, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chairman Lemke
